New Love Life ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Immortal Ventures LLC and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use newlove.life, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data. If you have questions, please reach us via our support form.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you sign up for our newsletter or purchase a product, you provide your email address and, for purchases, a name and billing details. We collect only what is necessary for the service you are requesting.

Automatically collected data. When you visit our website, Vercel (our hosting provider) and Vercel Analytics collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity. We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site advertising pixels.

Course and purchase data. If you purchase the 24 Puzzle Pieces course, your purchase and progress data is stored on the Oriva platform (oriva.io), which handles course delivery. Please see the Oriva privacy policy for details on how course data is managed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you our newsletter and updates you have opted into
• Process and fulfil purchases of our ebook and course products
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Analyse how our website is used in aggregate in order to improve it
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised, aggregated visitor data (page views, referrers, device types) without identifying individual users and without setting tracking cookies. You will not encounter a cookie consent banner on this site because no consent-requiring cookies are used.

4. Newsletter — Brevo

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our newsletter mailing list and send emails. When you subscribe, your email address is stored with Brevo for the sole purpose of delivering emails you have requested. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly. See Brevo's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Vercel — Our website hosting provider. Vercel processes IP addresses and request metadata as part of serving our website and through Vercel Analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Brevo — Email delivery for our newsletter. See Section 4 above.
• Oriva (oriva.io) — Course hosting platform for the 24 Puzzle Pieces course. Purchase records and course progress are managed by Oriva. See the Oriva privacy policy on oriva.io.
• Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing — If you purchase our Kindle ebook, the transaction is processed by Amazon and subject to Amazon's privacy policy. We receive only aggregate sales data, not individual purchaser details.

6. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law — including GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA (California) — including:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate data

New Love Life is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
